Slices of raw Yellowtail (Sashimi)

This is one of the famous raw fish dishes in Korea.
the fish's name is yellowtail. (Korean : Bang-Uh)
it tastes really nice taste and texture. ummm little bit nutty?
I couldn't explain about that dish's taste coz this kind of foods are about the same taste for me.
it has just little bit different taste and texture with other Sashimi dishes.
just one thing I recommend, if you wanna have this. the fresher, the better!
