When I play with my high school juniors today, I realize one of my annoying habits.
It was really annoyed me so I decided to change that habit.
An annoying habit I need to break is that I usually smoke outside during walking.
After I decided quit smomking, it became really big deal for me coz whenever I walk outside, I looked for something for my mouth like candy or gum and it made me really nervous..........
So I realize if I wanna quit smoking, I should change many of my habits to something new instead of now.
But maybe it is too difficult for me.... I will just try that for the quit smoking! lollol
